Lead Business Analyst
Candidate Profile
  • MBAs from premier institutions with 4-6 years of work experience, of which 2- 4 years should be in Business Research /Analytics
  • Top notch analytical and communication skills, excellent operations management capabilities
  • Capability to perform strategic, business, industry and finance analysis, identify business growth drivers, shifts in economic conditions and technology in addition to having knowledge of various analytical frameworks
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and to meet deadlines
  • Experience in independently managing research projects and mentoring a team, would be preferred
  • Self starter and highly motivated
Key Responsibilities
  • Work on global client projects across various categories of Business Analytics, including industry analysis, market studies, feasibility studies, and competitor and market intelligence among others
  • Structure and guide Project assignments with clients, and manage it internally
  • Operational responsibility will include grooming talent, managing large and growing teams, developing internal methodologies etc

Business Development Manager
Candidate Profile

    Given the nature of our business, one would need to be entrepreneurial and self driven. He/she should be confident; clients focused and have the ability to engage with multiple stakeholders in managing relationships.Candidates must have prior experience in business development and need to be flexible to travel abroad to build broader business where needed. They should possess exceptional people / interpersonal skills and the ability to work with client and delivery teams. The selected candidate should demonstrate a strong track record from prior work.

Key Responsibilities

    Business planning

    • Develop business plan and sales strategy for the market
    • Set targets at an annual level and quarterly level, in consultation with senior management
    • Developing an action plan to achieve targets
    Building new client relationships
    • Identify and target new clients who are midsized Manufacturing or Consulting companies
    • Engage clients on research opportunities and close business deals by facilitating discussions with the client and internal delivery teams as necessary
    • Build referral and lead generation network
    Managing and growing accounts
    • Proactively identify opportunities to grow existing accounts
    • Build long term relationships with broader set of client teams within the client organization to strengthen the overall relationship
    • Set and manage targets for growth of client accounts
    Identifying new business ideas
    • Identify new areas for research support and working with the delivery teams to pilot and commercialize these ideas
